Tracy brings 30 years of legal experience to Widner Juran LLP, including 28 years with the Colorado Springs City Attorney’s Office. Before joining the firm, she served as Deputy City Attorney, where she led the Litigation/Employment and Prosecution divisions and advised elected officials, executive leadership, Colorado Springs Utilities, and boards and commissions. Tracy has extensive municipal law experience, with a particular focus on ethics, employment, governance, litigation, and elections. She served as legal advisor to the Colorado Springs Independent Ethics Commission for more than 18 years.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys hiking, yoga, reading, traveling, and spending time with her adult children, who have all successfully left the nest.
